Practice the IKY System from anywhere: live yoga classes in English and Spanish, a full on-demand library, and a different way to pick your class — by how you feel, not just by category.
The catalog is organized into 4 categories — Classes & Videos, Free Content, Podcasts and IKYnesis — with autocomplete text search and filters by teacher, date or tag. Every class shows its Mayan day (Tzolk'in) based on the ancestral kankueb calendar, and you can search by element (Fire, Water, Earth, Air) as well as by topic. The player saves your progress automatically, has navigable chapters, and you can save classes to your list to watch later.
Unlike a generic catalog, you can also search by "How do you feel today?": you choose your emotional state and how intense it is, and the system recommends classes based on that combination — built for choosing what you need today, not just picking a class by name.
Live classes (in English and Spanish, IKYnesis/Feldenkrais included) are accessed through a calendar with a direct link to each session, taught by C.R. Kan, creator of the IKY System with over 20 years of experience.
